Director of Worship & the Arts
The Director of Worship and the Arts is a full-time ministry role that provides creative leadership for Green Castle Baptist Church by designing multi-generational, multi-dimensional worship experiences that lead the congregation into transformational encounters with Christ. The Director of Worship and the Arts is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of all worship services, to include music, the direction and coordination of all Music Department. The Director of Worship and the Arts is responsible for fulfilling the pastoral vision for corporate worship while planning and leading powerful, weekly worship experiences. The Director of Worship and the Arts will provide spiritual nourishment for the Green Castle Baptist Church membership by integrating word, song, and the arts to amplify the presence of God.
