Associate Pastor for Children and Youth Ministries
The Associate Pastor for Children and Youth Ministries is a part-time ministry position responsible for leading, developing and reaching out to children and youth ages birth through twelfth grade. Working with paid staff and volunteers, this person will lead, promote and oversee all aspects of the spiritual formation of children and youth. This position will seek creative, innovative and dynamic means of spiritual discipleship and growth of the ministry through worship services, ministries and regular outreach events.

Music Director
The Music Director is a part-time ministry position responsible for musical leadership/ coordination of all accompanists & instrumentalists (paid and volunteer) who lend their talents to the Green Castle Baptist Church to provide unified and harmonious sounds that will enhance our multi-faceted, multi-dimensional worship services and draw the congregation into transformational encounters with Christ.
